Directions:

  1. From turn-in on Jerry’s Plains Road, follow Watt Street in (passing the Wambo CHPP on your right) and take the last left before you hit the boom gates.
  2. Proceed past (do not enter) the first car park on your right (the Peabody carpark for the Wambo UG operation). You will soon see Glencore signage and the car park for the United Wambo JV.

Room set-up Montrose Room available to Committee from 08:30 AM.
General arrival and log-in 09:30 AM for 10:00 AM.

  • Members should arrive 30 minutes before the general meeting to check-in and complete an onsite induction and breath-test.
  • No PPE requirements apply to the new United Wambo offices. No limit on number of attendees.
  • Log-in as a visitor for David Rubbi.
Mine Tour & PPE
  • Limit of 22 visitors. Tickets are on a first come basis.
  • PPE Requirements: Persons going on the tour are required to wear steel-capped boots, hard hat, safety glasses and a Hi-Vis shirt/vest. Attendees should bring their own PPE where possible. The mine can supply a limited number of PPE items.
